We continue to plan towards Opening Day, though an exact date remains to be determined. Our top priority, as always, is the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members. We will continue following the rulings and recommendations of our local, state and federal leadership throughout this process, working alongside health and safety officials and our colleagues in the amusement and attractions industries.

Because of the uncertainty of the situation, we have extended all 2020 Season Passes to be valid through the end of our 2021 Season, including newly purchased season passes for a limited time. It’s the right thing to do in appreciation of your patience and support.

While the experience will be different from any other season in our history, we remain committed to delivering the safe, family fun that has been our calling card since 1991. Early-season Pass Processing has been canceled, and right now we’re not able to provide rescheduled dates. We hope to do so when more clarity is available to us, and encourage you to check our website in the future for updates. Once the season does begin, pass processing will be available during normal park operating hours at any one of our ticket window kiosks located at the main entrance.
No need! All season passes purchased, including newly purchased passes for a limited time, will be extended to include the 2021 season.
Good Any Day tickets will be valid through the entirety of the 2020 Summer Season. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can email to connect with our Guest Services staff.
Surcharges and date blackouts will be waived on group outing tickets, including school picnic tickets. They will be Good Any Day of the 2020 Summer Season. Group Outing Planners should contact their Splish Splash Group Sales representative directly, or email Groupsalesss@palaceentertainment.com, to discuss options to reschedule early-season outings.
We are still accepting applications online, however, at this time in-person interviews, orientations, and training are on hold at least through April 30. To apply online visit us at www.splishsplash.com/employment.
Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, New York State Department of Health, and Suffolk County Health Department, along with other government officials and health experts. Some of our evolving sanitation procedures include:
• Making sure rides and other areas are clean and hygienic
• Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance
• Promoting regular and thorough hand washing by Team Members, Contractors and Guests
• Installing sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate handwashing amongst Guests
• Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace
• Encouraging Guests and Team Members to stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or themselves come into contact with an individual at risk or suspected of having contracted COVID-19.
