Health and safety tips to protect against COVID-19

We are so excited to welcome you and your family back to Splish Splash!

We want you to know the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. Read on to see how we will best ensure the cleanest and safest environment possible for you and your family. As we approach the 2021 Summer Season, we will continue to modify our operations to best protect our staff and visitors from COVID-19. While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. Please, read this page fully to ensure the best experience possible as you plan your visit and join us. Also, be sure to review important updates to our Operating Schedule.

Working Together to Avoid COVID-19

The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. In these unprecedented times, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to help protect everyone. But we can’t do it alone. We are counting on everyone’s efforts to do their part by cooperating with these new measures that are designed to keep every person visiting and/or working at Splish Splash healthy and safe.

Guest Responsibilities

•Wear face coverings per CDC guidelines
•Submit to temperature check at arrival
•Wash hands often with soap and water
•Avoid touching your face
•Maintain appropriate (6 ft.) distance from others not in your travel party
Here are the specific steps we’re taking in accordance with state and federal guidelines:

Performing enhanced sanitizing throughout the day on high-touch surfaces and rides.

Enhanced staff education and training on cleanliness and safety practices. Please read and follow all posted safety signage.
   


The park will open May 2021.
Your 2020 Season Pass will be automatically extended through the 2021 Summer Season. Additionally, all 2020 Season Passes will be upgraded to receive greater benefits in 2021 (for a limited time).
1. The 2020 Super Saver Pass will be automatically upgraded to a 2021 Basic
2. The 2020 Basic will be automatically upgraded to a 2021 Premium
3. The 2020 Premium Pass will automatically be upgraded to a 2021 VIP
4. The 2020 VIP will automatically be upgraded to a 2021 Super VIP
All 2020 Admission tickets will be valid for the 2021 season (including rain checks).Please click here and contact one of our Team Members if you have additional questions.
Our plan is to ensure you receive equal value for any experience or benefit you missed out on this year due to COVID-19, such as the All Summer Dining Pass. All Summer Dining Passes and other add-ons will also be valid through the end of the 2021 Summer Season.
Surcharges and date blackouts will be waived on group outing tickets, including school picnic tickets. They will be Good Any Day for the 2021 Summer Season. Group Outing Planners should contact their Splish Splash Group Sales representative directly, or email groupsalsess@palaceentertainment.com, to discuss options to reschedule early-season outings.
Our highest priority remains the safety of all our Team Members and Guests, and we're closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, New York State Department of Health, along with other government officials and health experts. Some of our evolving sanitation procedures include:
• Making sure rides and other area are clean and hygienic.
• Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance.
• Installing additional sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate hand washing amongst Guests.
• Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace.
• Encouraging Guests and Team Members to stay home if you are exhibiting any symptom of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or themselves come into contact with an individual at risk or suspect of having contracted COVID-19.
• Educating all Team Members about illness prevention, preparedness and response.

In keeping with the recommendation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and in following with orders from the New York Department of Health, all Team Members and Guests aged two (2) and up are required to wear facial coverings while at the park.
• Fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth and allow the guest to remain hands-free
• Be made of breathable material, either disposable or reusable.

Costume masks are not considered appropriate and are prohibited. Face shields are not permitted on any attractions and are not a substitute for a facial covering. Face shields are permitted within the park when worn with an acceptable facial covering.

Facial Coverings are required:
• To enter the park
• Throughout the property
• On attractions (except for water-based attractions)
• In queue lines (except for lines for water-based attractions)
• Enclosed locations (retail stores, bathrooms, locker pavilions, First Aid, etc.)
