How do I get directions to Splish Splash?

How much is parking?.
Parking is $15.00 per vehicle. Buses are $25.00 each. Preferred Parking is $25 per vehicle.
How can I pay for admission, food, and souvenirs?
Splish Splash accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards at the Entrance Ticket booths, Gift Shop, and most permanent food locations. Admission tickets, Season Passes, and Meal Deals are also available to purchase online. Once inside the park, there are two ATM locations- At Guest Services inside the park and outside by the main ticket booth.
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the park. Splish Splash has a wide selection of food to choose from; such as hamburgers, french fries, pizza, salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken, ice cream, soft drinks, popcorn, funnel cakes, and cotton candy. Food is served throughout the park in food stands and outdoor seating areas. You may bring in unopened bottles of water. There are picnic areas outside the main gate as well as picnic table between our parking lot areas.
Do I still have to pay if I'm not going to get in the water?
Yes, an admission ticket is required to enter the park for all of our guests. For guests with special needs, please call us at (631)727-3600 for information regarding accessibility and accommodations.

When is the best time to visit Splish Splash?
May or early June is always a great time to visit as we usually have lighter crowds at the beginning of our season. We recommend that on any day throughout the summer you arrive early. You want to make sure you get the most bang for your buck!
What if I forget something at home?
If you forget something at home, please check out our Surf Shack located in the Main Plaza. Our Shop features Splish Splash logoed merchandise along with beach towels, swim diapers, sunscreen, and waterproof cameras, just to name a few items.
Are there height requirements for any of the rides?
Yes. Most of our attractions have a height requirement and a weight requirement to participate. These requirements can be found on the Attractions page of our website. The requirements are also located on signs, at the entrance of each ride.
Do you have life jackets and where can I get one?
Free life jackets are available for use through our Guest Services. Life jackets are required for guests under 48" in Surf City Wave pool and Kahuna Bay Wavepool.
Where are the best places to go with a toddler?
Splish Splash has lots of splash-tacular fun for little ones. Try Kiddie Cove, Pirate pool, Elephant Pool, and Monsoon Lagoon.
Do you allow smoking or alcoholic beverages?
No. Splish Splash is a non-smoking facility and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
What if my party gets separated?
Please designate a specific meeting spot and/or check-in times for your group should anyone get separated. Splish Splash will not do personal paging.
Who should Lost Parents report to? What is the Keep Kids Safe Program?
Splish Splash is a large, busy park. Sometimes, you may become separated from your child. Do not panic! Our Keep Kids Safe Program is designed to help reunite you with your child in a quick and efficient manner.
It is scary to be separated from your child. If you find yourself in this situation, please go immediately to Guest Services so we can help to reunite you with your child as quickly as possible.
What about water safety?
Over 250 Ellis & Associates trained and licensed Lifeguards are stationed throughout the park for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in splashdown pools. They are all here for your safety and service.
Where is the First Aid Station?
The Splish Splash First Aid Station is located on the Boardwalk and is equipped to handle minor care emergencies. Our First Aid Station is staffed with certified Emergency Medical Technicians.
Is there shade?
There are lounge and shade areas located throughout the park, plus a huge sandy beach area for your relaxation pleasure located near Kahuna Bay Wavepool. Lounge chairs are available, on a first come, first serve basis or you may also choose to rent a private cabana for the day. It is always a good idea to wear sunscreen at Splish Splash, whether in the shade or direct sun.
What about my eye glasses?
Eye glasses may be worn on some attractions like the Wave Pool or the Lazy River However, any ride where there is an acceleration or deceleration, we require Guests to remove glasses for safety purposes.
Do you have changing facilities?
The Men’s and Women’s changing and shower facilities are located in the main plaza.
What about my valuables?
All-day lockers are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Regular $14.00, Large $18.00, Jumbo $22.00
What if I have a disability?
If you have a disability, please visit our Park Rules & Policies Page or call us at (631)727-3600 for information regarding accessibility and accommodations. We will share which rides and attractions are appropriate for your abilities and will help you make the most of your visit.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but we do not have the facilities to care for animals properly. With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted at Splish Splash Water Park. Guests with special needs can call us for more information at 631-727-3600
What is your chaperone policy?
We strongly suggest that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

My question isn’t answered here. How may I contact you?
If the park closes within two hours of purchase and does not reopen that day; this ticket may be exchanged for a rain check. Exchange may be done only on that day of the occurrence. Other rules and restrictions apply.
The Park offers a variety of water-based activities for all ages and all swim levels. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and enforced. We strongly recommend that Minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
Only you know your own, your child's, or anyone you are supervising level of swimming skills. We strongly recommend all Guests under 48" or who are weak or non-swimmers, wear Coast Guard approved lifejackets where appropriate. In the wave pool, all guests under 48" are REQUIRED to wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by an adult. We insist that parents keep their children within arms' reach for their close supervision on all water activities. Lifejackets are available in Guest Services. A $40.00 deposit or valid photo ID is required. When in doubt, wear a life jacket!
Diving is not permitted in any pool or attraction at the park.
Proper swimwear must be worn on all rides and attractions.
No street clothes and no bathing attire with buckles, belts, rivets, metal or cut-off jeans permitted. For guest safety, no masks, snorkels or swim fins please. See useful tips below.
On December 19th 2008, the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act went into effect. This new law requires VGB Compliant Pool Drain Grates. We are VGB Compliant but please note in some applications these grates have a raised profile off the floor as mandated by the Law.
Warning: Raised Grate All of our raised grates have a red circle highlighting their location. They are designed to be stepped on but in shallow water situations they may pose a tripping hazard.
