Splish Splash Water Park Announces 2026 Opening Date & More Days to Splash

CALVERTON, NY November 20, 2025 – The ultimate summer escape returns with more days to splash for the 2026 season. The countdown to fun has officially begun at New York’s Largest Water Park®, Splish Splash. To celebrate the much-anticipated return of sunny days, the park has announced its full 2026 operating calendar, offering guests even more days of fun in the sun when the park opens its gates for the season on Saturday, May 23. This year, visitors will have an additional week of more days to enjoy a full season of entertainment and their favorite rides and attractions.

A season of summer fun and thrills awaits guests at the Long Island water park with the return of the park’s favorite attractions including the new, Stingray Bay water playground offering guests more than 15 fun ways to stay cool during their visit. Plus, in 2026, park-goers can look forward to the second annual electric event under the stars, Neon Nights, returning select Fridays and Saturdays in July and August. A variety of entertainment will also be available all season long including the park’s beloved Kids Fest, Father’s Day Flop, Hero Appreciation week, Touch-a-Truck Day and a special celebration around America’s 250th anniversary.

In honor of Giving Tuesday on December 2, Splish Splash will be partnering with Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is a human services nonprofit supporting the well-being of children, youth, families and adults with disabilities across New York City and Long Island since 1929. They provide prevention services, foster care, residential treatment care, adoption services, programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities and medical and mental health services.
